How do you handle access to the property? --- We’re flexible! We can meet with the agent or homeowner on-site or retrieve keys from a secure lockbox. Please let us know your preference when booking. ---

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment? --- We try to be pretty flexible with any kind of cancellation or rescheduling requests, as we know they can be a pain for you as well. We rarely charge any fees for cancellations. They will be charged at our sole discretion, based on our own schedules and availability. Cancellations or reschedules must be made within 24 hours of the appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $100 fee. Reschedules requested with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 fee. ---

What are your turnaround times? --- -Same Day Add-on: HDR Photos, without enhancements. - 24 hours: HDR Photos/Floor Plans/Virtual Tours. - 48 hours: Virtual Staging. - 72 Hours: Videos. ---

Do you charge travel fees? --- Yes, travel fees apply for properties located outside of our included service area. Travel fees vary per location. ---

Can I use the photos and videos on social media, or my website? --- Yes and no. Media you receive for your listing is licensed for use in marketing, including on your website and social media, including print materials such as postcards and flyers. However, permanent use (including, but not limited to) on your website requires additional licensing. See Terms and Conditions for more information regarding licensing and usage. ---

BUILDERS/CONSTRUCTION

Can you document construction progress? --- Absolutely! We can capture before, during, and after shots for construction or renovation projects. This is great for marketing purposes or as a visual record for your clients. Just keep in mind, photos for portfolios require a permanent license. Contact us for a customized quote! ---

Do you provide drone photography for construction sites? --- Yes, drone photography is available dependent on your service area. Please note that we cannot operate drones in restricted areas, such as those near airports. ---

Do I get permanent license to use the photos in my portfolio? --- Contact us for a detailed quote on a package tailored to your needs, including portfolio and marketing permanent licensing. ---
